OLUKAYODE ADENIJI
Kayode is the Chairman, Board of Directors of Encompassing Technologies Limited. Kayode started his career at the reputable firm of Arthur Andersen & Co (now Accenture) in 1987 as a Management Consultant trainee. After years of experience in both Nigeria and the United Kingdom, he left in 1993 to work as Chief Operating Officer of Muno Systems Limited (now defunct). He joined Price Waterhouse (now PricewaterhouseCoopers) in 1995 as a Senior Consultant before being promoted to Managing Consultant. Kayode had a brief stint with Shell Petroleum Development Company before joining Cardbase Technologies, Dublin in 1998 as Technical Director, Africa. At Cardbase Technologies, he was a pioneer member of the team responsible for the implementation of the electronic purse scheme for the 39 banks that formed the consortium of ValuCard Nigeria Limited. He served as Head, HP Services of Hewlett Packard Nigeria, with responsibility for Nigeria, Ghana, Liberia, Sierra Leone and the Gambia. Kayode obtained First Class Honours degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Lagos(1986) and PGD Computer Science from Lagos State University(2004). He has advanced business education from the Warwick Business School, University of Warwick, Coventry, UK and the Jack Welch Management Institute, Strayer University, Virginia, USA. Kayode is a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) and an Oracle Financial Certified Consultant. He is a member of several professional bodies including the Canadian Information Processing Society (CIPS), Nigeria Computer Society, Nigerian Institute of Management (NIM) and Computer Professionals Registration Council of Nigeria (CPN) .
OLAKUNLE FAGBONGBE
Kunle is a 1987 first class Mechanical Engineering graduate from the University of Lagos. He was a well-test engineer with Geoservices (Nig) Ltd, an Oil and Gas Services Firm before joining the Systems Integration Group of Andersen Consulting where he worked for several years in Lagos and London. In 1992, he co-founded Wadof Software Consulting, and was the Technical Director for over 15 years. His over 30 years’ experience in Information Technology spanning various sectors including Oil and Gas, Banking, Insurance, Pensions, Manufacturing, Agriculture, Telecommunications, Hospitality, Logistics, Health, Academia, Defence and Social security both in Nigeria and United Kingdom. He is vast in deployment of Integrated IT Based Systems solution. Kunle has vast consulting experience in needs assessment, strategy and customised Information Technology solutions to public sector organisations, and Financial Services Providers, Specifically, He implemented several IT Based Infrastructure and System solutions for Osun and Oyo State Governments. Kunle handled several IT system-based consultancy services on human resources management systems for Andersen Consulting, a leading consulting firm in the United Kingdom. He has handled the customization and conversion of integrated commercial Banking software and led the design and installation of a decentralized payroll system for NNPC. He was involved in the implementation of plant support system for National Power PLC, the largest generation/distribution firm in Western Europe. As a co-founder of Encompassing Technologies Ltd and a pioneer in IT development in Nigeria, Kunle Promotes deployment of home-grown software applications in every aspect of the Nigerian economy. In September, 2009, Encompassing Technologies Ltd under Kunle’s direction provided the Nigerian Market, the 1st Nigerian developed Web-based Enterprise Resource Planning System that had full IFRS functionalities, with Enterprise Content Management capabilities. This application had been deployed in numerous companies spanning, Insurance, Manufacturing, Professional Bodies, Government Agencies etc. He is currently one of the few software engineers in the industry that had deployed n-tiered applications to run on any known platform from the Legacy platform of the past up till the modern mobile platforms. Kunle also led a group of Engineers to manage Power Audit analysis/generation and other pre-operational activities project for Earl Grey the owner of 20MW Ogijo Power Plant. He is a graduate of the following function-oriented schools:West African Basic Accounting Course, Lagos, Basic Capital Market School, White City, London,Bond Market School, Lagos and a graduate of the following technical schools,Computer Application Programming School, St Charles, Chicago, USA, System Installation School, Eindhoven, Netherlands, and System Fundamental School, White City, London. Kunle is a Nigerian and presently the Executive Vice Chairman of Encompassing Technologies Ltd. .
MONDAY ISEMIN
Monday is a seasoned software architect and developer with over 20 years of experience in system integration and software design/development. He has been involved in various deployments for open source environments such as Linux or any of its variants and proprietary environments such as Windows. Monday holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Industrial Physics from the Federal University of Technology, Owerri and a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Lagos. Prior to the Joining Encompassing Technologies, he worked as the Head of Technical Unit of Wadof Software Consulting – a leading Software Development Company in Nigeria. Presently, He is the Managing Director of Encompassing Technologies Ltd. He has strategically positioned the company through creation of highly competitive products and value added services. He has led implementation of several projects in the area of deployment of ERP for several companies. Recently, Monday led the team of experts in the development of a training program for Accountants and Finance Managers. The program aimed at enhancing Professionals with Microsoft Excel-based productivity tool based on IFRS requirements, has recorded much patronage from various companies spanning Insurance, Government, and Manufacturing.
OLUWOLE OLADEDONYE
Wole is a Financial, Investment and an ICT expert, with over twenty years experience in execution and management of IT projects to clients spanning the Oil and Gas, Banking, Manufacturing and IT industries. In addition, he has vast experience in the deployment of specialised IT infrastructure for mobile money services providers.
